Financial Analysis for Business Decisions
We teach financial analysis as a thinking discipline — not a software tutorial. Since 2020, practitioners from 18 countries have worked through our structured programs to make better-informed business decisions.
Each instructor brings a distinct professional background — corporate finance, academic research, and operational management. That mix shapes how we teach: from first principles, not from slide templates.
14 years in corporate treasury before moving to education full-time. Runs the core financial modeling sessions.
Designs the learning sequence so each module builds on the last. Holds a PhD in applied economics from Vilnius University.
Focuses on live case reviews — real balance sheets, real decisions. Worked 9 years as a CFO in manufacturing.
Each program runs across 8 to 12 weeks, with sessions twice a week. The pace is deliberate — complex topics need time to settle before the next layer is added. Group cohorts cap at 14 participants so instructors can respond to individual questions in real time.
Before any program begins, each participant completes a 20-minute diagnostic. It maps existing knowledge gaps so the learning path fits actual needs, not assumed ones.
Sessions work through real financial statements — income statements, cash flow reports, segment disclosures. Instructors ask questions; participants reason through answers aloud.
Each module closes with a decision scenario tied to the week's material. Participants write a short recommendation memo — a format used in actual board briefings.
